I'm kind of making assumptions about your style but you may want to wear thicker eyeliner and experiment with red lipstick every once in a while using approximately the items and using the same technique as this person http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjjUayEa1zE
You may want to also try some subtle contouring under your cheek bone.

Instead of your liner going downward at the end, bring it upward, it will open your eyes up more and bring out your eye shape more.
