Go to your local drugstore, & look for the Sinful Colors nail polish. They have a nail polish that's bitter & nasty tasting base coat that will make you stop. My sister had the same problem, & now she stopped (: I hope I helped! (I will post a picture)

To get them growing again eat a jelly cube everyday, my gran told me to do it ( I had nails like yours) and it works it makes your nail grow back faster and stronger :)

Get shellac until the grow strong and healthy then once they are beautiful you won't want to bite them! And try to relax and replace your habit with hair twirling or something. It worked for me after ten years of nail biting

I paint my nails so that way I won't bite them because I don't want nail polish in my teeth lol! Works for me :)
