I was looking at reviews on the ' not your mothers way to grow long and strong hair ' shampoo and conditioner & I would like to try it out. does it actually grow your hair and make it stronger? do guys recommend it , if not what do you recommend for longer and stronger hair?

Biotin pills for stronger hair and for growth, either Jamaican Black Castor oil or Hairfinity (really great but a little pricey)
