I'm going into 9th grade this year, and believe it or not I have never worn make-up before but I would like to start, I have no clue how to put it on or which products to use. Help?

For a 9th grader don't even think about applying to much make up already your skin is still very young for all that make up girl (x Start of with only mascara and a little lip gloss. trust me its not a lot but it will make a difference

I'm assuming you're going for that "no makeup" makeup look. In that case I think concealer/tinted moisturizer/foundation (depending on the coverage you want), mascara, filled in brows, and eyeliner would suit your needs.
For a neutral look I'd use everything listed above plus soft eyeshadows (Wet n Wild trio in "Walking on Eggshells" is great!!) and some bronzer and/or blush. For either look you could always switch it up by adding color to your lower lashline using colored eyeshadows or eyeliners.
I hope 9th grade is an amazing year for you! :) <3
