Eyeshadows causing headaches??

I have been having issues lately when wearing eyeshadows ( I use many different brands ) and getting headaches. I don't know if it may just be an allergy or something more. I try to keep my eyes closed when doing my eye makeup to keep it from getting in my eyes but I still seem to get headaches.
Any suggestions?

Maybe you're allergic to an ingredient used in most eyeshadows for pigmentation or preservation of that eyeshadow. If so, its definitely not safe to wear it. Try asking a dermatologist or even your regular doctor about it. :) good luck.

You could try cream shadow so it doesn't get in your eyes.

Colored liner if all else fails. Looks very pretty. I'm a dope with eyeshadow and I do liner in purples, aquas, anything you need they have. Especially at sephora.
