Severe Dry Skin And Black Heads

I have terrible dry skin and eczema and then I have black heads really bad too. The stuff that gets rid of black heads dries me out and the moisture makes black heads worse..... I believe this is the rock and the hard place :-/ can someone help with some natural remedies or just cheap products and tricks I prefer natural though but I'll try anything
