Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to know if anyone has any tips as to fixing a gummy smile (without surgery)? My smile shows more gums than teeth which is a bit frustrating.

Well Caitlin. Unfortunately besides surgery there's not much you can do. My father is a dentist and I too have a very gummy smile that he rarely fails to point out lol. He went so far as to create an image of what my smile would look like after surgery. But I haven't gotten it and have been more comfortable with my gumminess.

@JackieS I did read up about dental surgery for it. I too have someone who points out my gummy smile all the time which can be so frustrating! Apparently another option is Botox of the upper lip which can have some rather odd results.

I also have a gummy smile it's nothing to be ashamed of or even worry about! Your smile is flawless and people give me a hard time too they call me a horse lol kinda embarrassing but I just laugh with them you have people that care about you so don't let the people that joke around your smiles beautiful!!
