Some similar colours from Urban Decay could be "noise" or "woodstock" for the pink eyeshadow, and "evidence" for the dark blue eyeshadow.

You could use macs blanc type inner eye, fade to plum purple and into navy blue for outter eye. lightly blend pink to crease I use my baby pink blush for this it wrks the best, looks like shroom by mac under brow and carbon by mac for outter corner. use carbon under eye outter edge and lightly all the way across. sweep navy blue over that half way try maybelline color tattoo I believe they have a nice bright navy. be sure to blend everything well.

I would recommend using tape on for a really clean line. Put it on the back of your hand and take it off a couple times so it isn't too sticky.
