Foundation - Pictures - Ashy?! HELP!

Ok so I am embarrassed when I am unable to use the flash on a camera phone due to the white cast the face seems to have after applying foundation..

I often have that issue and it's embarrassing for the clients to see or notice it.

I did my research and found that it has to do with the SPF in the foundation.. ok great to know.. but now how do I correct this?? Buying Foundations that DON't contain the titanium product in it can't be the only option...
Typically I use a BB Cream - powder in the color of their skin tone - and HD Powder in Translucent.
and every once in a while may need to add concealer and will use the MAC select cover up in their skin tone after I apply the liquid foundation and before I apply the powder.


What kind of advice do you ladies have for me?!
