Waterproof: use primers!
also: go light on the makeup and setting sprays hoped this helped

As a Cali girl I used to have your problem too. I've learned to tone it down during the summer months. Just bb cream and waterproof mascara, sometimes waterproof eyeliner. Never had a problem with that sweating off. You could also try primer if you really want to keep doing full makeup.

Setting spray, primer, oil blotting sheets, waterproof things and not too heavy on face makeup:)
