You could wear it with white skinnys, leggings, shorts, really anything... With white leggings you could wear some beige/gold sandals and matching accessories. If you were to go that route, I wouldn't wear all white accessories because it could easily turn into looking dull. I love the top and it'll be cute however you wear it!
