My mom got it done ( her eyelashes were a very light brown color) and they dyed them black, she looked great! Her eyelashes looked fuller and longer and it only took around 15 mins. all they did was put black hair dye on her eyelashes, but it was worth the $15 she spent :) I didn't get it done because my eyelashes are already dark, hope this helped! :)

Just to be clear, your esthetician doesn't use hair dye as that would be dangerous and can even make you go blind so please don't think about DIY. a vegetable dye is used, you sit with it on then the remove the excess and you're done! it's quick and easy and can last two weeks to a month depending on how often you wash your face

Rylie please make sure they didnt use actually hair dye on your mother. just because a service is offered does not mean it is done by someone who is licensed to do it. as a cosmetologist I see that happenig so much and I'd hate to have something happen to your mom!

As long as they are using the correct products it is a great service to get done. I do it every once and a while, my lashes are naturally pretty dark but its still nice to not need the mascara everyday.
