I would go with white heels. As for hair you should lightly curl it-keep it natural(you don't want to seem like you're trying to hard!) for makeup I would say make sure your face is absolutely flawless- but make sure you don't cake on the foundation. A light coat of mascara, fill in your brows, tinted lipgloss and you're a natural beauty goddess!

With black its better to gp with bold color for your heels rather than pastels because they are both duller colors. if your heels were aqua that could work

I would say red, silver orr even nude

black smokey eye with whatever heel color ypu wear. keep the lips a natural pink of you do a smokey eye and a cute updo or soft curls(:
