I really like this dress, it's like a skater dress. I asked my friends and they think it's a little busy but I disagree. What do you think?

I think it would look nice with a black leather jacket and some combat boots or have you seen those cream comfy cardigans from brandy melville? that would look nice with some white vanss or converse hahah well that's what I think maybe I'm completely wrong lol.
