What is the best way to even your skintone out?

I hate my uneven skin tone it makes my uncomfortable I have uneven skin tone on part of both of my inner thighs and it's from them rubbing together they have been uneven for a really long time I use altra fade cream and bio oil and already soap is their another product out their am about to get some proactiv dark spot corrected.

Try toners! They're are a lot of different types and different brands. I use the brand nutregena (Not sure if the spelling is correct). Apply it at night with a cotton ball all over your skin evenly. It should tone out your skin and if you get a good kind it will provide moisture also.

Lemon whiten skin tones, so invest in a bar of soap that contain real lemon (rind, juice etc).
