I recommend Almay makeup remover q tips, you can buy them at any drugstore. Do your eyeliner and then just fix it with the q tips.

I try to start with just lining the top of my eye with liquid eyeliner pen and then I open my eyes and extend the line. I almost ALWAYS end up using q-tips to clean it up. Just practice it!! :)

Have you ever tried the tape trick? I watched a tutorial on YouTube about it and it helped soo much. I don't have the link though so I guess my answer is useless.. ;P.

Don't start with liquid at first, use gel or cream. if you mess up it will come off easier, I always start my eye liner by using cream and then ho over w/ liquid.

This might sound crazy but put a piece of scotch tape at the corner of your eye angled toward your temple, you get a perfect line every time
