I have light blonde hair with blue eyes. And I was wondering what eyeshadow I could use to make them really stand out..a link to a tutorial would really help(: and also what can I wear to make them stand out??

Browns will really make blue eyea stand out. Try experimenting with cool/warm browns to see what tone you light better.
For instance my cousin has blonde hair and blue eyes ans is fairly pale, and i use a light champagne color all over the lid then blend in a darker brown in the crease ans the outer corner and along her lash lines(just for more definition) then apply a black mascara.
