I use 3 pillows at night. That helps the fluid that rests under your eyes drain (kinda gross) and try not to eat salty foods. But even I can't do that haha. If all else fails try sticking spoons or wet cotton pads in the freezer overnight and applying it to your eyes in the morning.

Keep a spoon in the freezer overnight. Then when you wake up, put the back of the spoon on your dark circles for 1 minute. Reduces swelling and dark tone undereyes. If you need a good concealer to cover them up as well, try MACs Prolongwear Concealer. It covers almost anything.
Hope this helps!
