I have curly hair as well! I swim 4 Times a week so I deep condition/drown my hair I'm conditioner ever night all the time. Coconut oil (unrefined will lock in the moisture and is good to put in before you swim anywhere. If you go swimming try to keep it in a braid so it isn't tangled ( then you can take it our after). So just condition condition condition. That's what I'm going to try. Good luck babe :D.
