Want clear skin?! I've read a lot of things on skincare, so I've learned a lot :) Here's a few ways to get clearer, healthier skin.
-Eat these foods:
*Cucumbers
*Seeds/nuts
*Coconut oil
*Dark chocolate
*Celery
*Banana
*Strawberries
*Watermelon
*Pink Grapefruit
*Papaya
*Mango
*Orange
*Green tea
* Peppers
-Drink LOTS of water everyday. It'll hydrate your skin so it won't feel the need to produce more oil.
-Don't eat these foods:
*Processed foods
*Fast food
*Sugar..!!
*Chocolate (not dark)
-Moisturize (even if you have oily or acne prone skin)

Thanks! I already eat the food you said to eat, and drink lots of water, I don't like regular chocolate anyway, but fast food will be hard to give up...haha!

Eating foods high in sugars (processed ones) can cause acne @Julie.

The foods you eat aren't necessarily the cause of acne, though they do play a part in some cases. It can be just hormonal, which cannot be helped unless with medication.

Well I mean this all came from Allwomenstalk, so I just thought I'd share it with y'all. And I don't know, but I mean I'm sure eating chocolate and grease isn't good for your skin. Eating healthy is always good :)

Thats not mthys fat and oil will come out of your pores however most acne is caused by oil and dirt clogging your pores.
