I want some eye makeup looks that are neutral but with a splash of colour. I own zero matte colours, only shimmer. Any ideas?

Then I took the pinker color and put it on the inner corner and outer corner.

Then I took the color smog and put it on towards then end of my upper lash line and on the outer edge of my lower lash line.
