So I usually get really big pimples (one or two) and I take care of them really well so they don't develop a head but there is usually a hard bump left over for awhile. Is that normal? what can I do to get rid of them?

For the bumps? like it feels as though the pimple is still there but it doesn't hurt or is red.

Yeah, I get those too, usually spot remover with salycilic acid works.
