I can't figure out what type of brush this is or what to use it for , top picture is the side of the brush , bottom picture is the top of the brush.

It's not a eyeliner brush it's to thick to be one.

An angled blending brush it looks too thick for applying eyeliner... You can use for highlighting contouring or whatever you want.
