I really want to get new makeup for back to school but a lot of things don't suit me. eg. eyeliner, eyeshadow, some foundations. P.S I have oily skin. Ill post a pic without makeup so you can see what I need.

I'd suggest a bb cream, maybe the Loreal since it doesn't look to oily, some mascara and maybe a tinted lip balm.

Use milk of magnesa to combat your oily skin I have oily skin too and it really has helped. for makeup I'd say a bb cream like the one from garnier for combination/oily skin would do fine,
set it with powder like a translucent powder from elf you can get it at target,
I think a coral blush would look great on you with a sheer berry, pink or, coral lip gloss, for your eyes I think a shimmery bronze eyeshadow would look great with blue or green eyeshadow lightly smudged on your bottom lash line, then black winged liner and black mascara

CC cream or BB cream. I have oily skin just like urs and it sucks all the oil in (the Loreal BB cream) and its affordable. Garnier also has a great one.
Then add concealer to blemishes.
Powder foundation.
Blush, but I think bronzer would suit you better.
Mascara
And that's it!
