High waisted shorts an awesome crop top maybe a sheer one beach waves for your hair a little pop of a bright color w lipstick and umm I would wear combat boots but you can wear sandals if your really trying to stay cool!!

I go to a lot of Summer concerts, my best outfit is definitely a bandeau with a thin thin thin tank! With shorts and closed toed shoes.
