I have green eyes and purple make mine pop. For your age I would choose more subtle purples

According to the color wheel colors in the red range will make your eyes really pop. However, I also find that golds and purples look amazing. If you're like my friend and have little gold specks in your eyes it'll make your eyes really sparkle. :)

I have green eyes too! I use a more light pink-ish purple on my lid and blend a light neutral Brown/copper shade into my crease. Then I curl my lashes and apply a lot of mascara (not too much) and a little on my bottom lashes and then use white eyeliner on my water line. Makes my eyes pop and everyone compliments me on my eyes :)
