Cetaphil was recommended by my dermatologist and it works wonders for me. Also Panoxyl works well, but is hard to find.

I have a spray from neutrogena called Rapid Clear for body and it's meant to be used on your back and can be sprayed upside down! It's in an orange and clear bottle.

Be careful of what you out in your hair and if you let it touch your back. If your hair is oily or you have greasy products you use in your hair, it can clog the pores on your back if they touch. When you go to bed, try a side braid so that they keep away from your back and it also won't ruin your hair and will give you nice waves (:

I remember those days. I had to wear a shoulder wrap in highschool when I went to the dances. I tried everything and nothing worked. its probably just hormones so you may want to go to a dermatologist or try the proactive stuff they make for bacne.
