Ok soo I usually only wear foundation. But I recently am getting a lot of under eye circles and looking tired. I put foundation over it but I just look tired. Any way to brighten my skin up? I've heard of concealer but afraid of it being too cakey.

I use the Chanel concealer for under my eyes... It doesn't get cakey and covers them up completely!
