I love using my flat top foundation brush but I think it has worn out even though I haven't been using it that long and washed it at least once a week... So now I'm back to applying with my fingers. Works just as well with my light coverage foundations/ bb creams. :)

Actually for the foundation I have now it says to use your hands. For liquids and powders I like a brush and for gel (the one I have now by maybelline), cream, whipped and etc.I like to use my hands. Always at the end whether I use a brush or my hands I just go back and smooth it out with my hands.

I actually use a Nude by Nature powder brush.. It's just so smooth and soft, and doesn't lose bristles! Comes out looking even and well covered! I'd love to try a beauty blender though I haven't heard a bad thing about them!
