Liquid/gel eyeliner
Anything very dramatic/noticable

I'm 13 too you could wear bb cream with concealer look for bb cream with no oil and set it with powder try neutrogena's shine free I think it's called I don't know also countour your face with a matte bronzer and lightly dust it down your neck to avoid lines make sure to blend you can also highlight your cheekbones benefit has a nice one and physicians formula has a cheaper one for the eyes line your lashline with brown or black eyeliner finish it off with maskara. Just use a tinted or clear lipbalm.

I have the exact same problem :) Try using Maybelline's bb cream.

I am 13 and I use Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream and, some concealer and then I set it with loose powder. I also put some bronzer on. For my eyes I use a primer and then put on Maybelline Color Tattoo in the color Barely Branded (a very natural color) and then some mascara. For lips I put Lip Balm on and thats it.
