I saw them at target I haven't tried it yet but I've never used pigments before.

I have the Wild Gold color & absolutely love it. When I wore it, I used a primer, dipped my brush in it a little then sprayed it with water then packed it on my eye. All it took was that one little dip to cover my whole eye evenly & nicely. I didn't use a base either & I usually do when I do my makeup.
