So 2 days ago I squeezed a couple blackheads off the end of my nose (shouldn't have) but now there's 2 red spots on my nose. One of the red spots hurt but the other one doesn't. I don't know why I'm thinking this but could have I bruised a tissue or the nose cartilage? Just need some advice of what could help the redness go down, I'm on vacation so clear skin is always nice :)

Ice on the spot may help, but temporarily. You should try eyedrops, like Visine. (Look for a kind with redness relief) drop it onto the spot a few time a in the morning and it takes the redness out.

You probably pushed the infection in deeper. Use clearasil or an eyedrop that gets rid of redness. You are actually suppose to squeeze blackheads but very carefully and with extremely sanitary tools.

Thank you both! Could the chlorine in the pool help any?
