Laser hair removal

Hi everyone. I heard there is different kinds. Does anyone know them and which one is the best??

There are 2 main different mediums which are IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and a true LASER which uses either Alexandrite 755nm or and:Yag 1064nm or both. I would personally say that LASER is a better option for hair removal, where as IPL is kind of a jack of all trades that can do hair removal and several skin rejuvenating treatments as well. From experience, IPL can be a little more forgiving on darker skin types, but it usually rakes a couple more treatments than LASER for hair removal. Both mediums have several different companies that make them so really you want you shop/call around.

My friend had a really bad experience with laser hair removal. After she got it done it was fine but after 3 years it started growing back thicker.
