So I know you shouldn't always wash your hair and I do it every other day. But I'm starting to go to the gym and afterwards I like to shower. It's that going to be really harsh on my hair? Anything I could do to keep lovely hair but not feel gross?? Lol.

After the gym, shampoo like normal but the next time you shampoo use baby shampoo...just something really gentle! Oh and maybe do a hair mask at least twice a week...you can even wear it to the gym if you wanted! Hooe this helped! xoxo.

Shampoo once a week but conditioner wash all the other days! That way our hair own become dried out! Get a conditioner with tea tree or peppermint in it to cleanse your scalp!
