I'm trying to grow my hair out and I want a good shampoo for growing the hair.. I tried the main and tale shampoo but it really dried my hair out :( do you have any other suggestions??

My mom says that ovation cell therapy works but I don't know. But you need to baby your hair, regular tiny trims, no heat, try argan oil, I heard almond oil with peppermint oil (helps open up the roots of your hair), scalp messages, don't run a brush threw it when wet, use a wide tooth comb. That's about really all you can do. :)
