The best product I have ever used was something I bought off the shopping channel. Its the brow gel by dalton cosmetics. It came with an awesome brush to apply it as well. Not sure if this will work for you! Check it out.

I personally use the seventeen matte brown eyeshadow, comes in a palette of three colors, which you can yse for your eyes, I used to use brow pencil, but found out that pencils make the hair fall off :/
