The Russian and Mongolian mixed hair is cuticle retained and specially processed to ensure all the cuticles are facing the same direction from root to end, this prevents the hair from tangling and helps keep a smooth texture. Celebrity Choice is soft to the touch, full of lustre and retains its vitality and elasticity after many months, allowing the hair to be re-used :)
