But my skintype doesn't make sense. its sensitive, gets oily very fast, but gets dried out while being oily at the same time. does anyone else have this problem? also I have terrible under the skin acne, it drives me crazy and I've tried every home remedy out there... I've now decided I'm desperate enough to spend money on a face product, anyone with my skin type & under the skin acne problems that can give me advice on products that will actually help? I heard a lot about dermalogica, any reviews?? help is greatly appreciated girls!

I haven't but I have very sensitive skin and I heard sometimes it burns the skin and causes peeling. and yes its very frustrating! on my chin and the middle of my forehead and they aren't noticible but I see them and pop and pick at them and make it worse :/ I wish I was one of those gorgeous girls blessed with perfect skin!!

And isn't proactive for people who have breakouts? I rarely break out until I mess with my under the skin acne. I need a product for that!

It can be drying but they have a moisturizer that worked well. I've since switched to Neutrogena rapid clear and it works just as good. Yeah I had them on my cheeks whatever ou do don't pick them it makes them so sore.

I have really similar skin. For under the skin acne go to the dermatologist and get antibiotics. It works so well.

And if you have an actual dermalogica store by you like just for dermalogica I'd go in and get face mapped so they can tell you exactly what product will help you, if not a store that sells it should have someone who knows all about it and will be able to help you choose (:

I think I might try the antibiotic thing! and I'll have to look up and see if there's a derma store around me cuz I'd love to try that. I've heard amazing things about that stuff!!

Honestly I would probably go to the dermatologist. They will know how to help you and what you need to use

I have the EXACT skin type you describe, unfortunately it's left me with scars): when you do get under the skin bumps though, neosporin works wonders. It's an antibiotic, and those under the skin bumps are actually an immune reaction to ruptured follicles, so it helps get rid of them (:
