You can use it for eczema, rashes, sunburn, acne, wounds...anything really!
I bought mine in a supermarket, but you can get it in pharmacies too, mine was £2, so it's really cheap :)

Toothpaste contains fluoride. it is absolutely not made for sensitive facial skin. avoid using toothpaste. fluoride is not good for skin for a long time. take care :)

Laura does sudocream really work for your spots? I've had a little tub of it for ages but I barely use it, will definitely try that out, I usually dab abit of TCP on the really bad ones but it hurts like hell haha.

I actually used toothpaste last night!! After adding it I put small bandaids over them just to ensure the toothpaste wouldn't come off. It helped tremendously!! Wish I would have done a before and after photo 😞

I use Mario Badsecu Drying Lotion to get rid of cystic acne at night and then follow up with MB Drying Cream for daytime use. I will be using both for the next few days as I indulged in too much junk food these past few days celebrating my college graduation. Using both in the past have worked miracles.

Please, don't use toothpaste on your face! It may irritate your skin and there is no connection with the use of toothpaste and acne reduction.
