Hi! This might sound rlly dumb, but whenever I try doing my nails... Well lets just say it either glops up or looks rlly bad so then I have to take it off... Tips on how to do your own nails nicely? please help! Thanks.

Haha it's not dumb, I used to have the same problem.
Maybe you should check that all your nail polishes aren't too old or gloopy themselves, try putting them in the fridge or adding a little nail polish remover.
I would definitely recommend wearing a base coat and wait at least 7 minutes before applying a new coat. Don't apply more than two coats and to check that they're completely dry when you've finished, carefully make your nails from the opposite hand touch each other lightly. When they're not tacky or don't stick to each other, they're dry!
