Small tips- make sure your using and eyeshadow primer or some kinda of base. I use my bitchslap concealer and it works fine. Make sure you fill your lid with a base and the bottom of your eyes for the blending down there. Also make sure to use a fluffy soft brush when blending out the colors. Um let me know how you liked the video and remember your gorgeous no matter what Hun! Xo.

YouTube has become my best friend. Just find different MUA you like and get tips from them.

Yep its easier if you watch videos, I csn recommend some if you want. also make sure you have the right brushes, and just practice, a lot!! a huge tip: always start off with a small amt of product and add more if needed, its so much easier to add then take away and once you have too much shadow it makes it impossible to blend properly and you have to start all over. I always used to add way more product than I needed and it would just look horrible, then I started using very little and then just kept adding more as needed and that made it so much easier to blend and the result looked good and not heavy like someone punched me. ;-)  haha.

I'm still learning, the eye makeup and blending have been the hardest for me to master, do give it time and patience. at least you have big beautiful eyes to work with! also a tip for your eyes: they look hooded so make sure you don't use any shimmery light colors directly on the lid. just use in the inside corners and brow bone, also try to stick with matte shadows esp directly on the lid area and it will look great!

Stephanie all above are right about you tube. I think to look for eyeshadow techniques for the "hooded eye" might help you a lot as well. If you make sure to apply like the video shows it will probably change your world. I have a hooded eye too and the very best tutorial I have found is anything of Wayne Goss. I think he gets makeup and face shapes and eyeshapes. and a lot of skin correction tuts too. Just sayin I'm no spring chicken and doing the applications suited to my needs has helped me be a bit more confident.
