Put it on your whole head for 15 minutes to an hour, wrap your hair in a plastic bag or shower cap while the oil is sitting and wash out when ready.

When doing a hair mask, massage into your scalp and leave in for at least an hour and when just putting it in for health, put it on just the ends after a wash! Less is more!!

The whole point of doing a mask is for the roots. The coconut oil is like food you can say for your head. It nourish it which helps grow hair stronger and healthy. The tips can be dry and the coconut oil will help a bit but remember its dry dead hair already. That's if you don't have split ends.

I use coconut oil, black castor oil (which I wouldn't recommend if you have fine hair), and grapeseed oil.
