Try to do little things so you don't feel deprived. For example, instead of cutting out all sweets, try taking brownies out, or make those sweets you do eat vegan. Also, work out for about 30 minutes everyday (rest when you're tired!) and drink lots of water! :)

Not to recommend 'dieting' per se, because it really should be a lifestyle change, as Katerina P. put it, but if you feel like your diet is suffering and you want to jump start it the Candida cleanse is a healthy and highly recommended way to clear yourself of any sugar or yeast addictions and work your way to a healthy system that is properly cleaning your blood and creating new life-giving cells... You can do it for at least two weeks, but it's better for a little longer. It cuts out a lot of food, but trust me it's worth it, because you drop extra pounds, have more energy, feel incredible, think more clearly, and you can eventually build up to eating grains and dairy and things like that. That's an extreme take, but if you're interested you can check out some different sites and see what looks good to you! :) hope this helps!

Sorry, just to add... I think a big part for me losing weight was realizing that I liked myself the way I was and didn't need to change the way I looked to be comfortable being myself. Not that it's the same for everyone, but I really think that attitude had a lot to do with it. Our minds, hearts, and bodies are all one thing!

Have 3 meals a day with only 1or 2 small healthy snacks (fruits ,veggies) exersize and dri.nk lots of water. Skipping meals does nothing for you it just makes yoy sick I've been through that before so don't skip meals!!
