Antisar, I'm in Mexico so you probably haven't heard of the brands but it is bissu's 021 maniqui and amour's brown with a matte top coat.

Rebekah, you just have to use the decorative stips to create a pattern and then paint over it and when dry, remove. Cover with a top coat.
