The falsies mascara HELP!

So I just bought this a couple weeks ago but it hasn't really done anything for me, I've seen people hype and rave about it so I bought it but all it does is make my eyelashes and I find I have to really work on it to make it the way I like. Did I get the wrong one? I also know there's many different kinds. Is there a better way for applying it? Let me know!

Get the waterproof one (blue) I have all of them and like the cat eye some times but it does nothing sometimes and when you put mascara on don't dubble it in the contaner if you know what I mean like you do and eye then you but it back in and kinda push it in to get mascara on it I guess and the blue and turquoise are the best

Apply one coat of mascara then with your finger appy a little baby powder to your lashes top and bottom apply another ciat of mascara the powder gives it sonething to adhere to sounds crazy but works great.
