Wait until the glue gets tacky to apply them! It's easier that way :)

There's ones that come with an applicator makes it so easy if your doing individuals tweezer for sure

Get good eyelashes! It makes a huge difference. Cheap and horrible eyelashes can come off their form straight, making them hell to put on. Good ones (I like Ardell) have a curve to them which makes them easier to use!

The Sephora Bulls Eye Lash Applicator is awesome, and only 12 bucks! So easy to put on lashes :)
