You can also so a simple reverse style one - Pammie you're coloured base, then a thick diagonal white tip, with a dotting tool make diopters along the edge of the white to make it scalloped, then using a dotting tool and you're base colour make slightly smaller dots inside the scallops. This will make it look like you have a thin curved line of lace.
