It's cheap but it works and stays on perfectly!! Milani long lasting liquid liner. You can get it at CVS Pharmacy. Not sure where you live but if you have one near you, go get the stuff!!

Prestige has a wonderful eye pencil. for gel liners, I think inglot is TOP!
