@Shannon: try boiling some ginger root in milk with a teaspoon of butter and a bit of sugar. finer is soothing and I would drink this and it would help me sleep. also try melatonin. as for your eyes, I use garnier's anti-fatigue eye cream. it works great for me. just apply it morning and night, and a brightening concealer. hope this helps you.
