Hey, I know you're not supposed to wash your hair every night so you can let your hair get your natural oils but what if you're very athletic and get sweaty every night. Is it okay if I wash my hair every night then? or should I just let it be?

I shampoo every other day, but on the alternate days where I don't wash it with shampoo, I use Bert's Bee's Baby shampoo. It doesn't strip your hair of its natural oils and it's all natural. It's $8 for 12 oz. at Rite-Aid.

I once read that you wash your hair with shampoo for one day, and then just wash it with plain water the other. If you sweat a lot, just do that and alternate days so your hair doesn't get weak :)

Putting a little conditioner on the ends when you're just rinsing helps too :) if you get sweaty but not really badly, try using some dry shampoo at night, then using some mousse (or more dry shampoo) and then blasting your hair with the blow dryer in the morning :)

I use a dry shampoo I heard the dove one is pretty good but I use a normal drug store one I'm from England so I'm not sure if I can get that here but all the beauty gurus on YouTube that I have seen use it swear by it so I would recommend trying a dry shampoo.

Put your hair up in a high bun or use a shower cap to keep your hair dry.

If you use the REDKEN shampoos your hair should be fine because the shampoos were made to balance our your hairs PH so that means it won't get to greasy or dry intact everytime you use it it actually makes your hair stronger I'm studying REDKEN at school ;)
